offering product information and how to use on smartphone screen with audio.
The guidance is available in Japanese and English.

Scan the SHIRO SELF store’s QR code* with your smartphone to access SHIRO SELF store site.

Shopping via smartphone.
Get product details, read FAQs and confirm your order on your smartphone. Try products you like at your own pace.

Take a picture of the QR code* on the product.
QR code* lets you read or listen to product details and other information normally offered by sales staff.

Click a cart button to proceed to check-out.
Once all the products are in a shopping cart, proceed to check-out.You will receive an order number when your order is confirmed.

Check-out and receive your order at different counters in store.

NON PACKAGING
SHIRO SELF has been offering the “Ethical Discount,” in which packaging materials that can be omitted are discounted from the regular product price in exchange for a packageless product, from the ethical perspective that we value. Many of our customers have agreed on this action, leading to more than 80% of our customers choosing our packageless products compared to the products that are packaged in a box (as of March 2022).
In April 2022, we closed the “Ethical Discount” and began offering packageless products at all SHIRO directly-managed stores in Japan and at the SHIRO Online Store. In conjunction with this change, new production of products in paper boxes will be discontinued, and paper bags for each product size will be offered for customers who request them (S, M, L: ¥55 (including tax), LL: ¥88 (including tax)).
By allowing only necessary customers to purchase paper bags, we aim to protect forest resources, which are the raw ingredients of paper materials.
Customers who wish to have their products gift-wrapped, please use the paper bag or gift wrapping (gift paper bag: ¥660 (including tax), gift box: ¥330 (including tax)) that fits the size of the product.
*With the renewal of gift wrapping in May 2024, paper bags will be discontinued as soon as the stock runs out.
